There are so many ways to support Mata Montessori! This year, we’re asking each family to donate at least three hours of their time.

Whether at home, at school, or in the community, every bit helps our students learn and thrive. Volunteering is flexible — you can help during the day, in the evening, or on weekends. Plus, it’s a great way to meet other Mata families and make new friends.

 Socios de lectura Spend less than an hour a week helping a Mata student improve their reading. Follow a simple, scripted curriculum and watch their confidence grow!

 Materiales para el salón de clases Help teachers prepare materials, like cutting laminated items or organizing classroom supplies. Even small tasks make a big difference.

 Eventos escolares Join in fun activities during the school day, such as Hot Chocolate & Pajama Day, Cariño leer, or Field Day. These events are a wonderful chance to interact with students and make school extra fun!

✅ Volunteer Requirements All volunteers at school-related functions must be cleared through the district. Visit dallasisd.voly.org to complete your clearance, which must be renewed each year.
