SUMMARY:SBDM Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Mata will be having its first Site Based Discussion Making (SBDM) committee meeting from 5 – 6pm in the Mata library. Anyone is allowed to attend and listen. \n  \nThe Mata Montessori SBDM Committee is comprised of school staff\, parents and community members who serve in an advisory capacity to the principal.\n\nSBDM members hear regular updates and provide feedback and advice on a wide range of issues related to school functioning. We seek to collaborate closely with the other schools in our shared feeder pattern\, with an overall goal of helping to improve the educational experiences of all children in our community.\n\nSBDM subcommittees provide a uniquely-focussed concentration of various areas of campus life and function.  Subcommittees include Cultural Intelligence and Climate\, Dual-Language\, Evaluation and Modification\, and Middle School committees.
